TRCCC Team For Coastal Cup.

Howzit Guys.

There are a few guys from TRCCC who have been hitting the PRCCC track big time for practice. We were there today and got some good laps in. I mentioned it very briefly to the guys who where there that next Sunday the 22/04/2012, PRCCC is having a club race and I wanted to get some guys together so we can enter the club race so we can get some good "Race" practice ahead of the Coastal Cup the following weekend.

So will anyone be keen on doing this?

Pitty...I was at school boy Rugby the whole morning (7am - 13:45) and totally bushed when finished.

When I was at Speed Models on Friday the Entry form from PRCCC guys were sitting so far at 15 entries!

This is going to be a big event!

You must also put Leon down for Club Stock please.

Ya...Cassim mailed me to say that after the weekend they will have a good idea of all the guys that will be racing. 15 sounds good.

The numbers keep getting better and better.....

TRCCC so far with Leon and Sagwe is 13
PRCCC will be more than 15, they have till Wednesday to finalise their list
DRCCC will have more now that we've allowed bigger bats in TT and opened CS esc to brushed and BL, will know tomorrow arvi
KZN has been very quiet, haven't received their entries yet

So it's looking very good so far.

@skillz - will Leon be taking a tshirt and braai pack? Let me know please.

In Regards to these rule changes-what are the rules changes exactly? They changing from what to what?

TT Touring stock was limited to 4000mah lipo, now it's no limit on mah's.
Club stock was limited to brushed esc's only, now it's open to both brushed and brushless esc's.

Does the johnson still keep up with the brushless? I thought they limit the brushless rollout?

We talking about ESC only, not motors....?

It won't be fair to allow brushless motors into the rules now. Rules were made a while ago and everyone agreed.

Skillz, you seem to think Brushless will be up against Johnson.

Its not motors that have been included, only ESC. Meaning....if someone has a B/L ESC that a johnson can run off, then he may use it. We are still only allowing Silver can bud.

Ya, was hectic< but need more track time, thinking bout moving to parow for 2 weeks

parow is a mad track, and must be fun with n full grid

haven't raced mini"s yet, gonna be epic lol

It's going to be a jol!!! I don't think I'm going to be anywhere near competitive, so I'm just going to enjoy myself and absorb all the activities and atmosphere!!

I think the Thursday night before will be a jol. We will all practice and get a final feel for all classes under some fun race conditions.
