Class Rules (TBC)
Hi Guys,
This is what I have put together for now, we must still confirm.
FWD Touring Hot Hatch
Chassis:
Only 1/10 scale FFO1, FFO2 or FFO3 (including “Pro and R” versions) front wheel drive chassis allowed. Alu upgrades allowed. No drilling or cutting of chassis allowed
Body:
1/10 scale Hot Hatch (fast back) car bodies only, no custom made wings. No covered wheel arches.
Wheels:
Any 1/10 scale touring car wheels only.
Bumpers:
Only foam bumpers allowed. These are to be mounted at the front and rear of chassis as intended. No external (on outside of body) allowed. No wood, metal or other materials for bumpers will be allowed.
Tyres:
Only moulded rubber tires that are intended for 1/10 scale chassis allowed. No oversize tyres allowed.
Motors:
Unopened 540-size silver/grey can Johnson/Mabuchi 2 slot motors only or 17.5t stock spec brushless system, sensored or unsensored. Other ESC’s may be used but must indicate sportsmans / blinky mode by way of a flashing LED
Batteries:
7.2volt NiCad or NiMh, Lipo 7.4volt commercial packs. No Home built packs allowed.
Minimum Weight:
1400g

Just wanna confirm
Are we limited In gearing for FF's or is it open gearing ?
And are some guys running 17.5T and some guys running johnson 540,
Just a bit confused and get my facts straight bofore I start with set up

So far gearing is open for both brushed and brushless in sportsmens mode.
So far only Duck and Paul are running brushless.
